Cancellation policy
Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The balance is due upon check-in (in cash, by debit or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made is not refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date an additional 20% of the rental price is charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment for all services used are required.

Wohnung:
Schöne große Zimmer, großes Bad, etwas wenig Geschirr
Lage:
Wir hatten die Wohnung am Ende der Feriensiedlung, daher waren es eher 800-1000m zum Meer. Aber auch mit 4 jährigem Kind gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Es war herrlich ruhig, da wir dadurch nicht an der Hauptstraße gewohnt haben. Der Strand war zu unserer Reisezeit noch herrlich leer, in der Hauptsaison könnte es voll werden.
Dorf: Die Eisdiele machte superleckeres Eis, die Restaurants vor Ort gut (besonders das Fischrestaurant am Strand). Supermarkt hatte alles, was man braucht.
Vermieter: Sehr freundlich, Public Viewing bei der EM wurde angeboten. Man kann auch kleine Unternehmungen buchen, super.

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbringen können. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Vor allem die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand hat uns besonders gefallen. Zu Fuß konnte man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichen. Das reichhaltige Sportprogramm, das uns vom Vermieter angeboten wurde, konnten wir nicht nutzen aber es war sehr vielfältig. Wir wollten einfach nur mal relaxen.
Die Unterkunft und die Familie Lendle (Vermieter) sind auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
