Cancellation policy

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

By car, you can get to lovely beaches: Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença are just 20 minutes away. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença, where you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari – it is hard but it is worth to do it!

The location of the property is perfect since it is placed in the centre of the island and it has easy access to all points. You can head to any direction by car and reach it in a reasonable amount of time, like the paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Cala Sant Vicenç, with crystalline water and white sand. If you feel like knowing the local habits and people, Búger offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more, as well as other nearby towns. Specially, we recommend you visit the lovely villages of Pollensa and Alcúdia.
