On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor the last large bedroom has a sofa and table. This sofa can also be used as a bed for two persons.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, parking and satellite TV in each room are available.

The beautiful semi-detached stone house is located in the village Selina about 3 km from the town of Sveti Lovrec in Porec. It was renovated in 2014 and offers our guests pure wellness feeling.
The house is ideal for those who are looking for peace and want to enjoy the natural beauty of Istria. The house is not far away from the sea and the tourist places. The towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar lure with a variety of attractions, events and good cooking.
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, for Umag-Pula (Istrian Y motorway) take exit Sv. Lovrec, direction Sv. Lovrec, take the second intersection and turn right, then turn again right direction Selina. In the village Selina take the second turning on the right.
