Holiday destination

The house is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the beautiful "Plage d'Argent".
The sea and many beautiful beaches (sand) are within walking distance.
The garden was planted with oleander shrubs and roses and offers peace and tranquility. In addition to the popular resort of Porticcio (about 10 km) also offers many entertainment, dining and recreational facilities, pleasant cafes and excellent restaurants, charming boutiques, boat trips in the Gulf and to the famous nature reserve "scandola"

Super Betreuung, tolles Haus, geniale Lage

Schönes helles geräumiges Haus mit kleinem Garten in ruhiger Seitenstraße und absoluter Strandnähe. Vor Ort gab es eine Mappe mit ganz vielen Infos auf deutsch, insgesamt war die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin vor Ort sehr gut. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick, kann aus dem Haus zu einem kleinen schönen Kiesstrand in 20 m, in 100 m folgt der nächste größere Strand, in max. 500 Metern (gut zu Fuß) kommt ein Feinsandstrand, der einer der schönsten auf Korsika ist. Restaurants gibt es einige bereits fußläufig, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, sodass wir auch kurz zum nächsten Strand schwimmen oder schnorcheln sind und den Hund ab und an kurz alleine daheim lassen konnten. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, besser geht es kaum. Wenn möglich, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Unsere Familie, Oma und Opa, Kinder und 2 Enkelkinder, haben schon das zweite Mal einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus, direkt am Meer verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig, eine kleinere Badebucht ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, größere Badebuchten schließen sich an. Der Balkon bot uns ein außergewöhnliches Panorama auf den Golf von Ajaccio, der Stadt und die Berge. Die Glasfront der Küche lässt sich komplett zur Terrasse öffnen, so dass wir die Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen konnten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, Abstellräume für z.B. Badeutensilien, machen es sehr praktisch. Durch eine nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab es zum Frühstück immer frisches Baguette.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben in der Villa Zia Catali wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist mit der großzügigen Wohnküche, der Terrasse und dem zusätzlichen Balkon ideal für Familien geeignet. Besonders wertvoll war für uns die deutschsprachige Betreuung. Schon im Vorfeld erhielten wir Wander-und Restauranttipps per Mail und Rückfragen wurden stets promt und in deutscher Sprache beantwortet. Danke an die Vermieterin für die großartige Hilfe bei der nächtlichen Autopanne!!! Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen, eine kleine Sandbucht ist direkt beim Haus, zwei Traumstrände zu Fuß erreichbar. Der abgeschlossene Garten ist ideal für Hunde, die hier problemlos Strand und Meer genießen können. Liebe Mdm. Bajolet vielen lieben Dank, wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.
