Holiday destination
The holiday apartment ist located at the outskirts of Kappeln, only 500 meters apart from the Schlei. This area is part of a landscape protection area with greeen fields with deers and a huge lake with herons. Despite the absolute silence the city center of Kappeln with a lot of tiny stores and restaurants is only a few steps away. The old water mill is known from the popular german TV show "Der Landarzt".
Getting there
Journey by car: From the highway A7 (E45 ) towards Hamburg / Kiel / Flensburg, Exit 8 (Rendsburg, Büdelsdorf = first exit after the Canal ) Then continue on the B203 to Kappeln or to Exit 5 Schleswig, Schuby ) and from there via the B201 directly to Kappeln .

Bei Anreise wurden wir im Flur von einem modrig unangenehmen Geruch und einem Luftentfeuchtungsgerät begrüßt. Wir haben in den ersten Tagen ordentlich gelüftet, was leider nicht half. Am 3. Tag haben wir direkt vor Ort im Office des Vermittlers Designer Ferienwohnungen einer Mitarbeiterin die Situation erläutert. Man versprach, sich zu kümmern. Während unseres Aufenthaltes folgte weder ein Begutachtung noch eine weitere Nachfrage. Der undefinierbare Geruch in Flur und Küche verflog während der 2 Wochen nicht. Die Wohnung ist zudem, auf den Fotos nicht erkennbar, sehr dunkel da sie an 2 Seiten unterhalb eines "Damms" quasi im Soutterain liegt. Fenster(-innen)rahmen stark verschmutzt, W-Lan schwankend. Positiv ist die Lage in der wunderschönen Landschaft rund um Kappeln und der wirklich schöne Garten.
