In winter, the beautiful slopes and trails invite for downhill and cross country. On Geiersberg there are several ski lifts for children and beginners. Oberfrauenwald and Hochficht and the nordic centre Breitenberg offer the best conditions for winter sports. Hochficht is the biggest ski resort of Austria outside of the alps.
The apartment is located in the beautiful countryside of southern Bavarian Forest. In the region between three contries there are only a few kilometers in the 3-river city of Passau or to the Czech Republic or to the bigest ski resort of Austria outside of the alps. Hiking - through meadows and forests and mountains. Skiing on wonderful ski runs and trails, climbing, visits to the stone worlds or graphite mining. Trips to the tree top walk, bike rides along the Danube. Bavarian cuisine and shopping in the surrounding towns.
Take the A3 Deggendorf - Passau, take exit Passau north, go to Passau and then follow the signs to Hauzenberg.
In Hauzenberg follow the signs to Breitenberg and about 1 km after the end of Hauzenberg turn left to Rassreuth / Freudensee.
There you can see the first signs to the Village. In Rassreuth do not follow the bend of the priority right, but go straight up. After about 200m you will see on the left the inn Jodlerwirt-Alm. Then go a little further up and then turn left into the holliday village. The reception is in the first house in the village.

5.1 Storniert der Gast die Buchung oder erscheint er am Anreisetag nicht, bleibt der Anspruch des Vermieters auf den Mietzins bestehen. Der Mietzins beträgt abhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Stornierung:
- bis 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn 30% des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages.
- ab 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 50% des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages,
- ab 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 80% des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages
- ab 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 100% des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages
5.2 Der Vermieter ist angehalten, bei Stornierung oder Nichtanreise die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet werden können, so fällt abweichend von Ziff. 5.1. ggf. ein Schadensausgleich in Höhe der Differenz zu einem geringeren Weitervermietungspreis an.
5.3. Der Vermieter behält sich das Recht vor, im Falle einer Stornierung oder Nichtanreise des Gastes, diesem ein Abwicklungsentgelt in Höhe von 25,00 € inkl. MwSt. zu berechnen.
5.4. Der Gast kann hinsichtlich der Ziff. 5.1- 5.3. den Nachweis führen, dass dem Vermieter gar kein Schaden oder ein wesentlich geringerer als die vorgenannten Schadenspauschalen entstanden ist.
5.5. Auf den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfehlend hingewiesen.
