Holiday destination
The Residence Stella Maris with its seawater pool is located at the village border of Villa, 5 minutes to a small supermarket and to a bakery. Below the Residence there is a small bay. There are kilometre-long beaches.
Getting there
From Germany to Praia, Santiago Island, with the TAP or TACV. From Santiago with the TACV twice a week on Monday and Friday. From Boavista once a week on Wednesday. With the Sotavento ferry three times a week on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday from Santiago. We are happy to help you with the booking. KLM flies from Amsterdam to Santiago, from Paris the TACV. From the Canaries with Binter Air to Santiago.

Ruhige, bewachte Anlage, toller Salzwasser-pool, eigene Strandbucht. Das Ferienhaus ist vollständig ausgerüstet, die persönliche Betreuung durch die vor Ort wohnenden, deutschen Eigentümer ist sehr hilfreich, egal ob es um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder die Absicherung der Rueckfluege durch ein vorsorglich gekauftes Bootsticket geht. Klare Warnung: absolut nichts für Leute, die Remmidemmi, Action etc. suchen.

Wir verbrachten im Februar eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus Casita Solemar auf Maio. Das Haus bot alles, was das Herz begehrt: von der voll eingerichteten Küche bis zur Waschmaschine. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir super frühstücken. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer zur Seite, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Zum Beispiel, weil das Wlan nicht funktioniert hat, das ließ sich aber rasch klären. Die Residenz Stella Maris ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool war super zum Entspannen, über Stufen ging es zu einer geschützten Badebucht. Geschäfte für Brot und Lebensmittel sind ums Eck und das Zentrum des Ortes ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer es ruhig mag, ist an diesem Ort perfekt aufgehoben.
