Holiday destination
Costa Blanca - the white coast - is one of the most charming areas of Spain with a very varied landscape: the sea in the east and the mountains in the hinterland. The villa is 2km away from the sea. It is situated in the municipal district of Benissa between Moraia and Calpe. At the coast are some bays and inlets with sandy, shingle and rocky beaches. Two big sandy beaches are in Calpe. Big supermarkets can be found in Calpe und Benissa. At the coastal road to Moraira is the supermarket "Pepe la Sal" with a broad international food selection and a little non food department.
Getting there
The villa Joya can be reached by plane or car. The villa is situated in the municipal district of Benissa in the Urbanisation "La viña". The distance from the villa to the airport Alicante is about 80kms, to the airport Valencia about 100 kms. Benissa has a motorway exit.

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus für 14 Tage mit unserem Hund gebucht. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt, es hat ein gross eingefriededes Grundstück, einen grossen privaten Pool sowie eine Traumhafte Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren jetzt schon einige Male in Benissa und Umgebung, es hat uns jedoch noch nirgends besser gefallen. Wir werden, sofern frei, mit Sicherheit wider sehr gerne das Haus buchen.

Wir verbrachten als Paar mit zwei Hunden im Sommer fünf Wochen im Ferienhaus Joya. Bereits nach dem Ankommen fiel der dreitägige Reisestress von uns ab, denn der Blick aus dem Garten auf die Hügel und das Meer ist traumhaft. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort lief unproblematisch und sehr nett. Der Garten ist umzäunt, was mit Hunden sehr praktisch war. Vom Haus aus läuft man ca. fünf Minuten den Berg hoch und kann von dort aus schöne Spaziergänge in den Hügeln machen. An sehr heißen Tagen haben wir die Hunde morgens früh ins Auto gepackt und sind in den Park nach Moreira zum eingezäunten Hundeplatz oder an den Hundestrand nach Calpe gefahren. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.
