Chalet Tobo is very cosy and comfortable furnished and has all the luxury you can dream of. The chalet offers space for 8, maximum 10 persons. There are 4 sleepingrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toiets and an extra wash basin in one of the sleepingrooms. In the largest bedroom there are 2 extra (normal) beds. In the garage you will find a shoeheater for 10 pairs and a skiraum.
The chalet was built in 2010 and is situated on the south slope of Walchen (Communty Oiesendorf. It is a very Sunny and quiet place and it has an amazing view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. In a few minutes drive you can reach Kaprun and Zell am see.

Chalet Tobo is a very complete house. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a nice meal or to bake a nice cake. Also for the little ones we have 2 childrensbeds, 2 highchairs, 1 babybath and safety for the stairs and plugs.
There is gardenfurniture, 5 deckchairs, outdoorheating, Big flat screen SAT TV, (cheese)fondue, raclette, 2 bikes, 2 Men Golfsets, 1 lady golfset. In the livingroom there is a children's table with 3 chairs to draw or eat. Children's cutlery and plates are available.

Krimml Waterfalls, Hochgebirgs-Stauseen Kaprun, Alpenhochstrasse, Salzburg, Salmines Hallein, Grossglockner, Vötters Fahrzeugmuseum Kaprun (Oldtimers).
In Kaprun you can ski on the Kitzsteinhorn almost all year; in Zell am See during the winter on the Schmittenhöhe. In the summer you can make lovely walks or cycling tours or just enjoy the beautifull lake for a swim or a boattrip. In between Kaprun and Zell am See there is a very nice 2 x 18 golfcourse and in Mittersill, in 15 minutes drive another 18 holes course.

Exit Kufstein Süd/Felbertauern.
Follow B173, then Felbertauern/Kitzbühel/Pass Thurn B161.
In Mittersill direction Zell am See.
Exit Walchen.
The road turns to the left. The church is on your right hand side.
The first road to the right is the Schiliftstrasse, the second is the Bachweg.
Here you turn to the right. The first posibility you turn left over a smal bridge = Erenweg.

Salzburg 100 km (1 hour drive) or Innsbrück 145 km (2 hours drive)
