Our spacious holiday home with waterfront property and private boat mooring is located in the picturesque Port Grimaud, crisscrossed by waterways and bridges.
The upscale, very comprehensive furnishings with some antique furniture and attention to detail give the house a very personal touch.
4 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms ensure plenty of comfort. The open kitchen with granite counter leads to the dining area, which flows into the living area with direct access to the south-facing terrace. Three steps take you through the garden to the 'Giscle' river. The seating area in the courtyard is perfect for enjoying the evening sun. The local beach is just about a 5-minute walk away, while other attractive beaches and coves can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The famous 'Plage de Pampelonne' is particularly noteworthy.
In our quiet district 'Port Grimaud-Sud', you will find a bakery as well as bars and restaurants. Large supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Port Grimaud is located in a very diverse environment. Besides the more family-oriented Ste. Maxime on one side of the bay and the radiant, sometimes somewhat extravagant St. Tropez on the other (with a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays that is a must-see), there are many small places like Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, La Garde Freinet, Plan de la Tour, Collobrière..., which are quickly accessible by car in the hinterland and all have their charm.
