We rent out a newly renovated holiday apartment for at least 2 up to ideally 4 people (with additional bedding options for up to 6 people) (about 80 square meters) on the 1st floor, 2 rooms with 2 beds each (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), a large living room (with additional bedding options), satellite TV, a completely new bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchen with refrigerator and freezer compartment, anteroom, balcony with nice seating, parking available, pets are not allowed, non-smoking apartment.
The holiday apartment is located in the outbuilding of a beautiful, also newly renovated farmhouse that is over 200 years old.

Upon arrival, you will receive the included WildschönauCard, which offers numerous discounts and complimentary services (ski bus, nightliner, guided winter and snowshoe hikes, museums, free summer gondola,...).
Winter: with ideal snow conditions: directly on the Bernau cross-country ski trail, slopes (direct access to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau), and toboggan run connection 300m away (very easy to reach on foot or on skis), about 1 km above Auffach.
From Munich, take the A8/A93 via Kufstein, then continue on the A12 towards Innsbruck/Brenner - exit at Wörgl - head towards Wörgl Zentrum, and 100 m past the church, turn left into Wildschönau. Niederau is the first village, followed by Oberau. Continue towards Auffach. In Auffach, turn right into the village and after 50m, turn right again towards Bernau.
Arrival is easiest by private car. Parking is available. The holiday apartment is 300m from the ski slope and toboggan run entry point (very easily accessible on foot or skis), with a cross-country ski trail right outside the door.
In the summer, the holiday apartment is conveniently located as a starting point for a variety of hiking routes in the beautiful Kitzbühel Alps.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival day is free of charge. For cancellations made later, we will retain the deposit. In the case of early departure, for any reason whatsoever, the booked service must be paid for.
The apartment is booked for the number of people you have specified, additional persons are only possible with prior telephone or written agreement before arrival and will be charged an additional fee.
