Cancellation policy
If the lessee cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without presenting a substitute lessee,
who is willing to enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportionate fees minus expenses saved (except for the final cleaning) are charged as compensation in the event that the effort to re-let the accommodation was unsuccessful:

- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee

The bus stop for the bus going to Trier centre is not far from your holiday residence.
Located in the idyllic Ruwertal and in close proximity to Luxembourg (approx. 30 km) and the sights of Trier (7 km).
Numerous hiking trails invite visitors to take long walks through forests and meadows in the clean, fresh air.
In the nearby surroundings you'll also find the hiking trail Moselhöhenweg and the Ruwer-Hochwald-Radweg, a cycling path.
The Triolago near Riol is also nearby: a wonderful facility for recreational activities and swimming in the lake.
Getting there
In Trier, follow the sign saying "Sportplatz". The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity.
On the property, the 1st parking space on the left is reserved for guests; additional free parking can be found near the house (30m).

Der Kontakt war unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend in allem! Eine schöne, riesengroße Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht! Schöne Umgebung zum Spazierengehen/Wandern, in die Stadt ist es auch sehr nah mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns super erholt und können die Wohnung allen nur empfehlen! Danke!
