Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. The tenant is then obliged to find another tenant. If no replacement tenant is found by up to 30 days before the agreed start of the rental period, then the original tenant is obliged to pay 40% of the rental price to the landlord. When this deadline has passed, 100% of the rental price must be paid if no tenant has been found. You are therefore recommended to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

300m to the town harbour and the town centre with a butcher, a baker, an Edeka supermarket, a doctor, a pharmacy and places to shop. 400m to the nature reserve for extended walks along the river Peene. Neukalen, which sits in an offshoot of the Mecklenburg Switzerland region, lies in a large nature reserve with landscapes filled with forest, river and lake scenery. Well sign-posted cycling and hiking routes. Town harbour with a disability-friendly connection via the river Peene to Lake Kummerow with a range of boat trips, canoe tours and fishing excursions on offer. Places to swim.
Getting there
Drive from Darguner Straße into Warsower Weg. Warsower Weg then forks after 300m. Please follow the road to the left. The "H. Winkler" holiday house is then the 2nd house on the right-hand side (green roof). There's a wooden boathouse next to it.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in einer landschaftlich schönen Gegend. Das Haus ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir hatten hier einen wirklich rundherum perfekten Urlaub und haben uns sofort entschlossen im kommenden Jahr wiederzukommen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir bekamen am Anreisetag zur Begrüßung einen Sekt und auch an unseren Zwergpinscher Toni wurde gedacht. Der freute sich über ein Paar Leckerlies.
Wunderbar ist das voll eingezäunte Grundstück. Dadurch hat man sehr viel Ruhe und unser Toni konnte den ganzen Tag herum tollen.
Da wir nur schönes Wetter hatten ,waren wir
ständig draußen auf der Terrasse oder auf den Sonnenliegen. Abendessen wurde dann auf dem vorhandenen Grill fertig gemacht.
Wir waren viel wandern und angeln.Dafür ist Neukalen und weitere Umgebung wunderbar geeignet.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.
