Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
for cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Away from tourism, fascinating landscapes between deserts and dense forests can be explored on foot. The botanical wealth of Tenerife is almost too vast for visitors to comprehend. There are about 2200 wild plants and 800 cultivated and ornamental plants on the Canary Islands.
Holiday destination
In the sunny southwest of Tenerife, just above Playa San Juan, you'll find "Finca Vivaldi". Perched at about 330 meters above sea level, you'll enjoy a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of La Gomera and La Palma.
From here, you can gaze over the untouched fincas down to the fishing port of Playa de San Juan, approximately a 12-minute drive away. Or head up to Guia de Isora, just an 8-minute drive.
Playa de San Juan has successfully resisted the "blessings" of mass tourism so far. It's a small fishing village with a beautiful sandy beach that's also suitable for children, and the little harbor is protected by a breakwater.
Along the rest of the coastline, there's a promenade, and bizarre slag rocks form the shore.

Diese Finca ist wunderschön, super sauber und gemütlich. An Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool, die beiden Grills, die Bar am Pool, die vielen Außenplätze - es war toll!
Der Vermieter Antonio ist super nett. Er hat uns mit einem riesigen Obstkorb, Käse, Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Wein verwöhnt. Bei einer Rückfrage war er sofort vor Ort, und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen, jedes Baden im Pool, jedes Grillen und jeden Sonnenuntergang. Wir können diese Finca absolut empfehlen.

Gut ausgstattete und gemütliche Finca mit einem tollen beheizten Pool mit Sonnenliegen, Bar, Grill und Außen-Essplätzen.
Wir haben dort drei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Unser sympathischer Vermieter Antonio hat uns mit Süßigkeiten, Bananen von der eigenen Bio-Plantage, Kartöffelchen und Käse verwöhnt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Finca nur weiter empfehlen.
