This serene holiday home located in the southwest of the island offers plenty of comfort with sea views, a pool, and internet access! The living area of the holiday home is on one level and is about 150 m² in size. The finca is modern and comfortably furnished and divided into two areas. In the main area, guests have access to a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
There is also a smaller living area with a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. If the attached holiday apartment is also used, an additional €60 for 1-2 persons will be charged. (This is not rented out separately) Each living room features a flat-screen TV, radio, and DVD and CD players. Almost all German TV and radio programs can be received in digital quality via a satellite dish.
Due to its kidney shape, the exact size of the heated pool is difficult to measure and is approximately 10 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from about 1.00 to 1.30 meters. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue area.

Away from tourism, fascinating landscapes between deserts and dense forests can be explored on foot. The botanical wealth of Tenerife is almost too vast for visitors to comprehend. There are about 2200 wild plants and 800 cultivated and ornamental plants on the Canary Islands.
In the sunny southwest of Tenerife, just above Playa San Juan, you'll find "Finca Vivaldi". Perched at about 330 meters above sea level, you'll enjoy a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of La Gomera and La Palma.
From here, you can gaze over the untouched fincas down to the fishing port of Playa de San Juan, approximately a 12-minute drive away. Or head up to Guia de Isora, just an 8-minute drive.
Playa de San Juan has successfully resisted the "blessings" of mass tourism so far. It's a small fishing village with a beautiful sandy beach that's also suitable for children, and the little harbor is protected by a breakwater.
Along the rest of the coastline, there's a promenade, and bizarre slag rocks form the shore.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
for cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
