Cancellation policy

You're surely looking forward to your vacation. However, a lot can happen before you arrive and during your holiday! In case something unforeseen occurs and you are unable to start your trip, the following conditions apply with us: Your booking is only confirmed after receiving a deposit (booking guarantee) of 30% of the total amount. The deposit (booking guarantee) will be retained by the landlord as compensation if the holiday is not commenced. From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will additionally charge 3 days of the travel price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price including the deposit. If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, or in case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price, regardless of whether the apartment can be rented out during the affected period. The Dolomites, Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, the Bletterbach gorge in Aldein, Jenesien on the Salten plateau, the Ritten with its earth pyramids, and much more, will leave a lasting impression on you after a day trip. For our water enthusiasts, there are bathing lakes and outdoor pools in the immediate vicinity. Sport climbing 600m from the farm Marderplatte, Graun-Hintersegg, and the KreidlwÃ¤nde The climbing is predominantly vertical wall climbing. The rock is limestone. The difficulty level of the 40 or so routes ranges from 6a to 8a, with most between 6a and 7a. Also climbable in winter. Visit many museums and castles, go shopping in the cities of Merano, Brixen, Bolzano, Trento, Verona. Go to the opera in Verona.

Shopping in Bolzano, Trento, Brixen, Merano.

Getting there

Via the A22 Brenner/Bolzano motorway, take the Neumarkt/Auer exit, then through Tramin, passing the town of Kurtatsch until you reach Graun, passing the Gasthaus Goldenen Adler. After 200m, turn right and continue for another 400m along the dirt road. Welcome to Kerschbamerhof. Bolzano Airport 25km away. Shuttle bus from Munich Central Station every Saturday for only 47 euros return. We are also happy to pick you up from the Bolzano, Auer, Neumarkt, or Margreid train stations.
