Cancellation policy
Our Cancellation Fees/Travel Cancellation Insurance
You are surely looking forward to your vacation. However, a lot can happen before your arrival and during your holiday!
In case something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your trip, the following conditions apply with us:
Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit (booking guarantee) of 30% of the total amount.
The deposit (booking guarantee) will be retained by the landlord as compensation if the holiday is not commenced.
From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge an additional 3 days of the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price including the deposit.
If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without a cancellation, or in case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price. Regardless of whether the apartment can be rented out during the affected period.

Arriving in Kurtatsch
Drive past the church in the village of Kurtatsch, then take the road to the right and continue for 5km up the hill. You will reach Hofstatt, keep going until the next crossroads Fennberg/Graun. There, turn right towards Graun. In the village, pass the Goldener Adler inn until you see the sign for Kerschbamerhof on the right, follow the sign to the right and drive another 600m on the country road.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Ein Ort zum erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Traumaussicht vom Balkon. Pool und Sauna wunderbar. Die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und top sauber. Wanderwege ab Bauernhof und Buschenschänke laden ein.
Für uns die perfekte Urlaubsgegend.
Karin meine Bewertung kommt zwar etwas verspätet aber deine Herzlichkeit bleibt uns in Erinnerung.
