Cancellation policy

The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible re-letting of the holiday property. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to: a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price. b) For a cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price. The charming town of Capoliveri, founded in Roman times, is about 2 km away and can also be reached on foot. The port town of Porto Azzurro with its large piazza, marina, and special southern charm is just a few minutes away.
