Cancellation policy
We highly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
To make it easier for you and your holiday planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021, deviating from our general rental terms.
Here you have the opportunity to book your trip in peace and, if desired, to cancel it.
The conditions in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost for you then is only 30% of the invoice amount.
For short-term trips and arrivals under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due in the event of cancellation.
We can offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be subject to a 100% charge in the event of a later cancellation.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not a travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These withdrawal conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the withdrawal conditions in the current rental terms.

Right behind the dike in a small, manageable bungalow park, you'll find our Family Bungalow P# 2-4.
It's the short distances and the great starting point for such interesting activities like boat tours, surfing, stand-up paddling, cycling, fishing, or just taking a stroll that make this location special. You can reach the center of Lemmer with its beautiful quaint shops and cozy pubs and restaurants, as well as the well-known German discount supermarkets, in less than a 5-minute drive.
Getting there
When you book with us, you will receive detailed travel documents approximately 2 weeks before the start of your trip. A fantastic holiday awaits you.
Our check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, allowing you to arrive at our property relaxed.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und war für zwei Personen vom Platz her mehr wie genug aber auch für vier gut machbar.
Ein Kritikpunkt ein bisschen zu wenig Geschirr (kleine Teller) und scharfe Messer aber ansonsten alles da.

Die Ankunft an der Rezeption war total problemlos. Unterlagen bekommen und der Urlaub hat begonnen. Die Kinder hatten dann auf dem Weg zum Strand allerhand entdeckt. Dann die kostenlose Nutzung von Schwimmbad und auch Sauna, es war super.
Gerne kommen wir im Sommer noch einmal wieder
