The bungalow is built as a semi-detached house. A large lawn area in front of the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, offers you the desired freedom and relaxation. The bathroom, as well as the living area with an open kitchen, are very functionally equipped for your stay.
The 4-6 bedrooms in the rear part of the house provide you with the necessary peace to relax and sleep, with 2 / 4x single/double and 2 x ET beds(12). Included in the price is the bed linen and free use of the swimming pool area for all guests. Heating and cable TV are part of the basic equipment. The cable operator determines the programs. We have no influence.
Internet can be used for free, so that you can also plan trips and events at short notice via smartphone or laptop. We also recommend our wellness weekends or a sailing trip with a flat-bottomed boat for a day tour on the IJsselmeer. Of course, almost all other water sports and recreational activities not mentioned are possible. Right on the IJsselmeer dike, you are allowed to surf, kite, and SUP.

Dear holiday guests,
To make it a bit easier for you and your holiday planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021, deviating from our general rental terms.
Here you have the opportunity to book your trip in peace and, if desired, to cancel it as well.
The conditions in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost will then be only 30% of the invoice amount for you.
For short-term trips and arrivals under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due upon withdrawal.
We can offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be due at 100% in the event of a later withdrawal.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These withdrawal conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the withdrawal conditions in the current rental terms.
