A fabulous and cozy holiday apartment Paal 38 Zonnehoek 75 on the 4th floor of the building "Zonnehoek". With a magnificent sea view and even more for relaxing with up to 4 people.
The spacious living/dining room with open kitchen has a cozy setup.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
Two bedrooms invite you to dream, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (a trundle bed).
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
You can also use the Wi-Fi internet and cable TV with 5 German channels.
To enjoy the sun, there are two balconies on the east side with a view of Egmond aan Zee and the west side with a magnificent sea view and garden chairs.
Please note: From November 18 to December 6, 2019, there will be construction work at our neighbors, the apartment building "de Trintel". The possibility of construction noise is present during this time.
You will receive a parking permit for your vehicle. There is a storage room available for your bicycles.
The prices for the stay duration "Week" are only valid for arrivals on Monday or Friday. For other arrival days, please select "7 nights".
In the summer season, only "Weeks" can be booked with arrival on Friday or Saturday.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance; this can only be done directly when booking the accommodation.

Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dune and heath areas, and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for nature lovers, a paradise for sun worshippers! Egmond is above all a really lovely village for your relaxation.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht. At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam. After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs towards Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive along the boulevard by the sea.

if cancelled up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit;
if cancelled from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
if cancelled from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if cancelled on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
if cancelled during the stay: the full gross rental price incl. all surcharges
