Not far from the house, an extensive bathing area with indoor and outdoor pool complex, with sauna and fitness area and with varied adventure offers and large outdoor slide complements the diverse possibilities of holiday planning. On the nearby lake, you can safely learn to surf at the surf school (inexpensive courses). From the unique panorama restaurant, you have a magnificent view of the forests and rocks of the La Clape mountains opposite and the deep blue sea stretching to the horizon,

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in the residence LE CLOS D'ELSA in Gruissan-Mateille, only a few steps away from the water, the bathing beach and the palm-lined beach promenade.
A beautiful harbour area with countless sailing yachts, a variety of shops, typical local restaurants and evening events is within easy walking distance.
The open sea with a kilometre-long sandy beach is only about 1,500 metres away.
Lots of nature, a wide variety of sports and leisure activities, excellently developed cycling and hiking trails, attractive playgrounds and entertainment areas and much more - all this can be found in the entire surrounding area. The old centre of Gruissan with the "Tour Barberousse" and the many small picturesque alleys, which are additionally decorated with colourful market stalls three days a week, can also be reached quickly after a short walk.
