This penthouse 'Miramar de Capistrano' with panoramic sea views will enchant you with its very idyllic and green location right next to the nature park, and of course, with its large terrace. It has been completely modernized and stylishly furnished.
It is designed to be very bright with additional glass surfaces and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom.
The terrace with a wide sea view is a dream:
28 m² in size and rectangular - with a pergola on the left side of the terrace. This pergola is the structure for an awning that can shade almost half of the terrace. For the off-season, it has also been fitted with a glass roof, so you can enjoy this side of the terrace even during the rare bad weather. The view is almost a perfect postcard motif....
The penthouse itself is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to the terrace from the bedroom and living room, it has air conditioning, underfloor heating in all rooms, bright, modern furniture, and much comfort. A second toilet with a window & washbasin has been added.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment with a large dream terrace and a wide view over the Mediterranean Sea. Located in a tropical garden on a slope in a very picturesque, green environment.
The San Juan de Capistrano resort is a 5-minute drive from the center of Nerja and 3 minutes from the beautiful Burriana beach. In the center of the complex is one of the most beautiful pool areas in the region, also with a sea view.

Pleasantly set back protected location of the apartment in a small cul-de-sac. Impressive wide view over the Mediterranean Sea. Nerja is one of the most beautiful coastal towns on the eastern Costa del Sol.
Important note - Your holiday apartment Capuchinos 60 is not (as seen in some map programs) on the highway, but in an idyllic, green, picturesque garden complex. The highway runs deep below in the tunnel. From your apartment, you can neither see nor hear the highway!

46 steps to the street (stairway on the slope - in comparison about 2-3 German floors), next to the stairway a somewhat bumpy cement ramp for pulling up the suitcase. 'Hackenporsche' for pulling up for shopping is available.

1) Our 10 holiday properties (including the apartments) all have a separate private entrance from a path (like a terraced house), so you can decide for yourself who you meet.
2) The key handover is always contactless with us - after your holiday home has been perfectly prepared for you...
3) We have well-equipped kitchens in every holiday home. So if you wish, you don't have to go out to eat and can cook comfortably. Many restaurants deliver food to your home.
4) In addition to our always good hygiene regulations, we have taken permanent further measures. And it can't hurt to largely maintain the measures now, after the pandemic :-)

Our - just our own - private holiday homes in the complex are always clean and appealing, they are only rented by us and with the help of a good team. We have a very good cleaning team that always thoroughly cleans your apartment before you move in. The duvets and pillows are regularly washed and the good spring mattresses are always used with protective covers, which are freshly laid each time.
Current note: Due to some guest suggestions last winter, there are now additionally 2 thick winter duvets per apartment. Even in Andalusia, the nights can be a bit cooler. We were advised that many people like to heat the bedrooms very little.

The pool complex of the holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano (not provided by the landlord, but with free access) is not far away, yet it is neither visible nor audible.
The beautiful holiday apartment 'Miramar de Capistrano' is located in the picturesque complex San Juan de Capistrano (village character) directly above Nerja, arguably one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the holiday resort to the center of Nerja and 3 minutes to the beautiful Burriana beach.
The well-maintained Capistrano complex with its stunning rock island pool & small waterfalls is a district of Nerja and nestles against the nature park hills above the city center. From many spots, you have a spectacular sea view. Of course, this includes the view from your own terrace.
Your holiday apartment Miramar is beautifully situated on the hillside and can be reached from the street in just 46 steps via stairways, which are quite easy and relaxing to walk, especially since the stairs are complemented by a concrete ramp right next to them.
Miramar de Capistrano is close to the beautiful pool area, without it being directly visible or audible.
You will find a modern, well-kept, comfortable holiday apartment with a 28 m² private south-southwest facing terrace and a fantastically wide view over the Mediterranean Sea. You will spend your vacation in a beautiful holiday oasis with palm-lined avenues, tropical and Mediterranean gardens, and a lake-like pool landscape. This is, of course, not offered by your landlord but by the resort San Juan de Capistrano. This is responsible for the opening hours and maintenance as well as the lifeguard service, etc.
* A note: The highway shown in map programs runs deep below in the Capistrano Tunnel. From this apartment, you cannot even see or hear the entrance and exit of the train from the side. The resort, and especially the location of this apartment directly by the nature park and the pine-covered rocky hills, is very idyllic and picturesque.
We, your landlords, live in Nerja ourselves, which is a plus for a relaxing vacation. It may happen that there is a task to be solved in your holiday apartment, which we can then organize very promptly. Especially since we have a house technician in close cooperation with us, who lives very nearby.
