The small beach house Torre III is like the larger houses on the beach. The house can be reached directly from the beach. (Own beach access)
The bedroom and bathroom as well as one of the two terraces are in the upper area
This terrace has a very long sun due to its location in winter and summer.
In the lower part is the living / dining room with a spacious kitchen. On the lower sheltered terrace you can not only enjoy the breakfast.

Holiday destination

The holiday house is located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast), the narrowest point on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist resorts of Fuerteventura, there are plenty of shopping, restaurants and leisure activities available. The La Torre (the tower), has one of the best places on this coastal strip (only private facilities). The light sand beach starts here almost to the end of the island in Morro Jable.

In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Liebe Familie Neubert, vielen Dank für diesen traumhaften Urlaub in Ihrer Anlage. Wir haben uns in dieses kleine Strandhäuschen mit direktem Strandzugang verliebt. Jeden Morgen nach dem Aufwachen im Meer schwimmen, danach Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Einfach wunderschön! Wir vermissen es. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir sind nun schon das 3.mal an dieser wunderschönen Küste und das "I" Tüpfelchen ist natürlich die strandnahe Lage der Ferienwohnung. Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen und dafür sorgt auch der Gastgeber,

...oder in Schulnoten ausgedrückt: eine glatte "1 mit Sternchen"!
Den bisher abgegebenen Bewertungen bezüglich bester Lage, Ausstattung, Sauber- und Freundlichkeit können wir nur zustimmen.
Besonders erwähnenswert sind ergänzend vielleicht noch die liebevoll arrangierten Details im Strandhaus, die dieses ganz schnell zu einem Zuhause werden lassen - und wo sonst hat man schon eine eigene Palme nicht nur im Freibereich, sondern im Haus durchs Dach wachsend ;-)
Dazu die sofort freundschaftliche Atmosphäre innerhalb der Comunidad und der sehr aufmerksame Service von allen Seiten, angefangen bei Familie Neubert bis hin zur lieben Ana, lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Vielen Dank für zwei traumhafte Wochen!
