Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Wieder einmal eine traumhafte Woche in Torre 5, beste Lage an der Costa Calma, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, immer wieder gerne :-)))

Gemütliche, kompakte, dabei gut ausgestattete Einheit mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den goldgelben Sandstrand von Costa Calma. Der "Torre 5" ist ideal für Frischverliebte, oder wie in unserem Fall nach 28 Jahren immer noch Verliebte. Das Ambiente der kleinen Anlage ist fast familiär, nicht zu vergleichen mit den großen, anonymen Appartementanlagen. Trotzdem bleibt die Privatsphäre voll gewahrt. Die Betreuung durch Lars Neubert war äußerst zuvorkommend und effizient. Wir waren so begeistert von diesem Refugium, dass wir gleich wieder für Sommer gebucht haben!
