Cancellation policy
Responsible tenant must be 30 years or older (no Twen- or party groups). Prior to the beginning of the rental period, tenants have the right to cancel the rental agreement. It is explicitly recommended to negotiate a travel cancellation insurance with a (third) insurance company. Both contractual partners agree upon the following regulation, independent of the reason for the cancellation: If the tenants cancel by written message > 90 days prior to arrival, 30 % of the total rental charge / between 90-60 days 50 % will be withheld by the landlords / between 60-30 days 70 % and later than 30 days prior to the arrival date 90 % of the total rental charge have to be payed. The tenants have the right to prove, that the real disadvantage on landlords` side is lower.

Holiday destination
Neet and cosy old town of Conil in only 15 min. driving distance with numerous tapas bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Historical and cultural sites of Cádiz (25 min. by car), Jerez de la Frontera (40 min. by car) and Seville with its old cathedral and Alcazar (1.5 hours by car). To the south, acient roman town Bolonia mit large dunes right next to the ocean coastline (45 min. by car) und pittoresk white andalusian villages Vejer (30 min.). Kite-Surfers will love Tarifa (75 min. by car).
Getting there
After having received your rental car at the airport, drive to „salida“, take left lane to Cádiz / Sevilla AP4/A4 - after the bridge, take the 2nd exit in the roundabout to AP4 / A4 Jerez / Cádiz after 2 km keep left on A 4 in the direction to Cádiz and don’t take AP4 (AP4 is costly and time-consuming), keep on A 4 to „El Puerto / Cádiz“, 40 km from the airport, the highway A4 will split: take left lane here A 48 to Chiclana / Algeciras, After another 14 km (55 km from airport) please take exit No. 15 to Conil/ El Colorado , on N 340, in the roundabout turn left (take the 3rd exit) to Conil / El Colorado, after another 1.6 km (58 km from airport), turn right in the 3rd roundabout to Urb. Roche. You will drive 5 km through pine trees; After the remaining 3 km (63 km from airport): Entrance to Urbanización Roche with open „gate“. Caution: right after the entrance, severe bumps will kill your frontspoiler - drive slowly… After 500 m at the roundabout turn left 90° into Av. Austria, right after 100 m turn right into Av. Andorra, after 150 m: Nr. 25 on the right side of the street. Please park on the left side of the street, just opposite to our house, thank you.

Im Juni 2024 verbrachten wir mit 8 Personen eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Andorra. Nach 30 Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern mit Pool war dies das bisher beste Haus. Die Villa ist perfekt durchdacht und ausgestattet. Jeder hatte sein eigenes großes Bad en Suite mit konstantem Wasserdruck und Temperatur. Die großzügigen Zimmer boten bequeme Betten und Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen, was ruhige, mückenfreie Nächte ermöglichte. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und ideal für gemeinsames Kochen. Wir genossen unsere Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und Garten und verbrachten dort viele lange, schöne Abende. Der kilometerlange, breite Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ein Highlight der Region. Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch und erholsam. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Insbesondere der Garten ist für Familie mit Kind perfekt. Mosquitospray allerdings nicht vergessen. Die Badestrände sind fantastisch! Ausflüge in die näheren Städte Cadiz, Sevilla, Jerez heben die Urlaubsqualität. Man kehrt auch gern wieder zurück, denn es wartet ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil in der Villa Andorra.
