Holiday apartment "Beach feeling"
We warmly welcome you to the 100m² apartment in Niendorf, which is on the 2nd floor and offers space for up to 4 people in 3 rooms.
The large living and dining area combines cozy hours on the couch with Internet flatscreen TV and cozy get-togethers at the dining table for the whole family.
The adjoining separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, among other things. Here, too, you will find a dining table.
Warm feet are guaranteed in the master bedroom with the cozy deep pile carpet. You have the option of putting the two single beds together to form a double bed. Lots of storage space and another flatscreen TV round off the whole thing.
In the children's room, despite the bunk bed, sofa set and wardrobe, there is still plenty of space to play.
From here you can access the furnished south-facing balcony, which is somewhat protected by the roof overhang.
The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. A washing machine is also available. You will also find a guest toilet.
There is a playground directly in front of the house.
A parking space has been reserved for you in the underground garage.
As your underground parking space is a duplex parking space (2 cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with a maximum length of 5.0m, width of 1.9m, height of 1.5m and a total weight of 2000 kg. This parking space is not suitable for station wagons.
The underground garage entrance is 1.9m high.
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to offer an alternative parking space.
