Wir hatten bereits im Juli 2019 ein Apartment gebucht und uns nach einem unangenehmen Urlaub im Jahr zuvor erneut für diese Apartments entschieden. Nun hatten wir mit der Dame am Telefon vereinbart, dass wir auf die gleiche (Vorder-)Seite der Anlage zurückkehren würden und dies wurde unserer Meinung nach auch bezahlt. Leider stellte sich bei der Ankunft heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war und wir mussten uns mit einem Apartment ganz unten im hinteren Teil zufrieden geben. Mehr sei nicht zu regeln, sagte die Dame an der Theke. Wir sind darüber sehr enttäuscht und möchten, dass uns die Kosten für diese bewusste Entscheidung erstattet werden. Was uns mehr als fair erscheint. Abschließend haben wir dies vorab klar dargelegt...
