Several restaurants, shops, and supermarkets can be found in the center of Den Burg, 1 km away. The Molenkoog outdoor pool is 600 meters away. On the Hoge Berg, you walk past sheep pens, grass sod walls, and Texel farmhouses. After a 5-minute bike ride, you reach the Zelfpluktuin and the Texel brewery.
