The living room is equipped with a seating area with TV, gas stove, dining area, and sliding windows to the terrace. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and an open door to the second terrace. Separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with two double box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, a separate rain shower, and a toilet. The terraces are furnished with comfortable chairs.
Free Wifi/WLAN. The entire house has underfloor heating. There are 3 parking spaces.

Comfortable detached holiday home for 4 people on the edge of De Koog. Within walking distance from the center of De Koog with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Close to cycling paths through the dunes, the forest, and Waalenburg. The nature reserves De Nederlanden and De Muy are very close for a wonderful hike. Through the dunes, you can quickly reach De Slufter by bike.

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
