Cancellation policy

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply: - In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* - In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* - In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* - In case of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Holiday destination

Location: The detached house 'Villa bij Zee' is quietly situated in the park 'Het Hoogelandt' and offers a view over the meadows. The park is located in the National Park Dunes of Texel, on the edge of the forest, with many hiking and cycling paths next door. After a 10-minute bike ride through the forest and dunes, you reach the North Sea beach. Ecomare is 1 kilometer away. The seaside resort De Koog and the center of Den Burg with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are 4 kilometers away.
