Cancellation policy
To reserve the property the client should complete the booking form and return it with the 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the rent is due payable not less than six weeks before the start of the rental period. In the event of a cancellation less than six weeks from the arrival date, refunds of amounts paid will be made if the owner is able to re-let the property. Any expenses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Gruissan is a lively coastal town on the edge of the La Clape nature reserve. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. Cycle paths lead you to Les Ayguades and Narbonne Plage, or to Narbonne along the Canal de la Robine.
Not far away is Narbonne with its impressive cathedral, the old archbishop's palace and archaeological reminders of the city's history in Roman times.
