Le Clos is located on top of a small hill and offers panoramic views over the sea, the Pyrenees and the nearby salt pans.
From the drive you reach the large terrace at the front of the house, which is equipped with outdoor furniture and sunloungers. The swimming pool (8 x 4m approx.) with adjoining paddling pool is separated from the terrace by a fence.
On the ground floor of the house is the kitchen (with dining area), the large living/dining room, and a bedroom. Behind the house is a second terrace, as well as a garden. Two further bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as the large bathroom.

Gruissan is located on the edge of the 'La Clape' nature reserve, and is surrounded by lagoons and beaches. Narbonne used to be the Capital of Roman Gaul, and Gruissan today is an attractive village with a good selection of restaurants, shops and leisure opportunities. Le Clos is ideal for a holidyay in the sun, be it by the pool or beach or for exploring the surrounding area.

A down payment of 20% of the total price is required to guarantee the booking. This down payment is non-refundable. The balance must be paid eight weeks before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation less than eight weeks before the arrival date, a refund is only possible if the house can be re-rented for the same period. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Electricity/heating will be charged according to consumption from November to April.
