On the edge of the historic center of Posada on the east coast of Sardinia stands the "casa bianca," built upon rock. It has been authentically restored and features a cozy eat-in kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Each room offers a view of the nearby sea.
The large roof terrace provides a fascinating panoramic view and is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under the starry sky in the evening. The shady courtyard is also a great place to unwind.

Holiday destination

Posada is located south of Olbia on the east coast and captivates with the charm of its medieval quarter. Posada's beach was voted the most beautiful in all of Italy in 2013. Even during the peak season, it doesn't feel overcrowded due to its vastness. On the way to the beach, farmers offer their fruits and vegetables at original stands for sale. A created nature trail leads through the fertile plain up to the stagno (salty lagoon lake), where you can observe various bird species. There is also much to discover while strolling through the narrow alleys.

Getting there

By ferry or plane, then along the SS 125 by the sea (about 40 minutes drive) or via the 4-lane expressway SS 131 to the Posada exit (about 30 minutes drive).

Unser Urlaub mit 4 Personen (2 Pärchen) war einfach nur klasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die wunderschöne Lage, die sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Räumlichkeiten, auch der herzliche Empfang unserer Gastgeberin Beate. Wir haben von ihr tolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Strände und Ausflugsziele erhalten. Sie möchte stets das Beste für ihre Gäste und das hat man gemerkt. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Strände und die sagenhafte Umgebung, einfach ein Träumchen. Ein paar Gehminuten von unserer Ferienwohnung gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, so dass wir jeden Morgen frische Paninis zum Frühstück hatten. Mehrere wunderschöne Strände sind in 10 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Traumhaus mit wunderschöner Terasse

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Posada. Der nächste Strand war für die Saisonzeit nicht überfüllt und z.B deutlich leerer als die Strände etwas nördlich bei Budoni. Ausserdem hatte er die beste Strandbar im Umkreis. Wir haben oft dort in der Abendstimmung unseren Spritz genossen-für 3 Euro ist dieser günstig. Das Essen in Restaurants in Posada z.B. Carpe Diem war lecker. Wir haben auch häufiger Fisch gekauft, auf der Terasse gegrillt und den traumhaften Ausblick genossen. Das Haus ist von der Küchenausstattung her sehr gut ausgestattet. Und - man hat nach einer Woche auch gut trainierte Waden, wenn man häufiger am Tag hoch und runter läuft;-) Beate war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise eine Super-Gastgeberin, mit Antworten auf alle Fragen und vielen guten Tips. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus von Mitte Juli bis Anfang August 21 mit unserer Familie und dem Freund unserer Tochter Ferien gemacht.
Das Haus liegt im historischen Teil des Städtchens Posada. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Landschaft und die Küste.
Die Verwalterin der Liegenschaft Beate Wendt hat uns immer geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie sorgt sehr gut für Ihre Gäste, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Auch das Besitzerpaar war immer sofort vor Ort wenn man Fragen oder Anliegen hatte.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit grösseren Kindern. Wir hatten alle 4 Zimmer so hatten unsere Teenies das untere Stockwerk für sich. Perfekt.
Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Was zu sagen ist: Ein Auto mieten ist ein Must!!!
