One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. A shower room with a window complements the upscale amenities of the apartment. The terrace and garden with garden furniture and a grill offer ample opportunities for relaxation.
On hot days, a pool is available for cooling off.

Cecina is the ideal starting point for mountain bike tours and hikes. Right on your doorstep, you'll find one of the most exclusive golf courses in the area: Bogliaco Golf Resort. Golfers can have fun here. However, a walk around the golf course amidst the greenery is worthwhile for everyone. All water sports can be practiced on the lake. 1 km from our house, there is a beautiful riding arena. Lessons for beginners and advanced riders are offered here.

The apartment is best reached by car via Gargnano/Bogliaco. To get to Toscolano, one must drive to the large beach at Toscolano, approximately 6 km away. It takes about 10 minutes to get there.
Cecina is a charming, small town with 3 restaurants and a little corner shop where you can buy bread rolls and other groceries.
