Nestled in the green and tranquil countryside of Maremma in the south of Tuscany is the charming 2-room apartment La Querciolaia on the Casale San Giovanni estate. The estate has retained the character of an old Maremman country house through careful renovation.
The holiday apartment is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style. The garden is very spacious and well-maintained, featuring a large swimming pool and a barbecue area.
Particularly attractive is the proximity to the Tuscan coast, about 10km away. This gives you the opportunity to spend quiet and relaxing days without having to miss out on a trip to the beach or one of the numerous Tuscan attractions.
In the bedroom, we can happily add an extra bed (for an additional charge) or a crib, so that the apartment can accommodate three people.

Casale San Giovanni is located in Maremma in the province of Grosseto, about 10km from the coast. In Cura Nuova, about 3.5km away, there is a small mom-and-pop store for daily necessities and a restaurant.
The seaside resort of Follonica is about 10km away. There you can find various beaches and all shopping facilities, bank, pharmacy, and the like. The also approximately 10km away medieval town of Massa Marittima is great for strolling and dining out.

From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
