The villa "Vista do Mar" is a spacious one-storey villa with modern decor and has 3 air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, rooms. Two spacious bathrooms have large walk-in showers and a third bathroom has a whirlpool tub. From the bright living-dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen with (breakfast) bar, you can look out over the huge Atlantic Ocean. A large terrace with garden completes it all!
A staircase leads from the villa down to the sunny and large pool area. From the inviting, large pool you can enjoy the sun all day and the breathtaking sea views along the undulating coast.

Normal cancellation policy :
• In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date, there is no charge. The
deposit will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 8 weeks up to 30 days before arrival date, 70 % of the total
amount will be retained and 30 % will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival date, 100% will be charged.
We recommend our guests to take a travel insurance.

Dank der tollen Anfahrtsbeschreibung konnten wir das Traumhaus vom Flughafen Funchal aus in etwa 45min ohne Probleme erreichen und nach einem herzlichen Empfang mit Aufmerksamkeiten wie einem Obstkorb durch Monique mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung und Koens Spezialwissen zu den Levadas haben wir Haus, atemberaubenden Ausblick und die super Lage in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Küchenausstattung war herausragend (mit zwei verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, modernem Standmixer, Induktionskochfeld...) und alle Restaurants und Strandbars, die wir in Calheta im Hafen besucht haben, haben durch leckeres Essen, aufmerksamen Service und moderate Preise überzeugt. Wir waren überwältigt! Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Service.

Von dem Moment an, als Sie ankamen, waren Sie voller Begeisterung. Das gute Gefühl beruhte auf Gegenseitigkeit und deshalb war ich nicht überrascht, Sie am Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes entspannt vorzufinden und, ja, Sie ein wenig traurig wegen der Abreise zu finden . Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war super und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Grossartige Aussicht, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe und trotzdem ruhig. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort!

Villa Vista Do Mar.

Met een vriendengroep van 6 hebben wij genoten van alle comfort. Een villa met mooie kamers met goede bedden, een ruime keuken, een verwarmd zwembad, goed gelegen terras.
De sfeer, het uitzicht op de oceaan, het groene bloemeneiland is echt een aanrader.

Koen en Monique hebben ons heel goed ontvangen.
