This suite is located on the 1st floor, spans 166m², and is decorated in an Alpine country style. The highlight of the suite is the open kitchen. It is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, as well as a Nespresso machine (including 36 capsules) and an Aarke carbonator with water filter, and features a cozy dining area.
This leads into the living area with a sofa, wing chair, and walls made of reclaimed wood. The living area also has a fireplace and a wine refrigerator.
The four bedrooms are 16.5 m² each. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and have access to the balcony. The bathrooms are modernly designed with a rain shower, 2 sinks, a toilet, and a bidet. One bathroom includes a sink, a toilet, and a shower.
In the house, there is a wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, and relaxation zone, and each chalet apartment provides a bathrobe and a sauna towel for each guest. Furthermore, the house features a fitness area equipped with a multi-gym, treadmill, speed bike, and rowing machine. There is also a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer available for guests.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT AND EARLY DEPARTURE
We have set several deadlines that are relevant for free cancellation or for cancellation options with a cancellation fee:
No later than 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the contract can be dissolved by both parties without any charges.
No later than 2 months before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be terminated unilaterally by both parties, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 20% becomes due.
No later than 1 month before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be terminated unilaterally by both parties, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 50% becomes due.
No later than 1 week before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be terminated unilaterally by both parties, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 90% becomes due.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and no later arrival time has been agreed, the accommodation provider may withdraw from the contract. However, an exception exists if the guest has already made full payment. In this case, the rooms remain reserved until no later than 12:00 PM the following day.
The guest must also pay the fee in the event of non-use of the services provided by the accommodation provider. However, the entrepreneur has the obligation to make an effort to rent the property otherwise. A deduction will be made from the fee payable by the guest, which the accommodation provider has saved due to non-use. We provide for the following percentages with regard to savings:
10% of the room price, etc. These are to be deducted from the agreed fee.
In the event of an early departure by the guest, we also provide that the full agreed price can be demanded. Here too, however, the accommodation provider has the obligation to make an effort to rent the rooms that are no longer in use. The savings that the entrepreneur has made due to non-use are also to be deducted, with the above-mentioned percentages to be applied.
