Description

The flat stands at only 200mt away from the sea and is the ideal solution for those who prefer reaching the beach by foot. It has been planned by a local architect and built by Baunei. Located in an enviable position and surrounded by the colors and perfumes of myrtle and strawberry trees.

The big and green garden can be reached through the terrace and is provided with deckchairs and sun beds where you will enjoy reading a book in absolute silence. Near the garden, there are outdoor showers surrounded by a cane-brake in order to ensure total privacy, a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace where you can prepare savoury dishes in the open air.

Santa Maria Navarrese is a fine tourist center located on the southern coast of the Island and at 10 minutes away from the port and airport of Tortolì and Arbatax. The origins of the village are quite old and this fact can be confirmed by Saint Mary's Church built in the twelfth century, the ancient tower built on the coast by Aragons', few buildings and an old well.

Nice days in Santa Maria Navarrese!!!

The house was great everything you would need, could sleep 4-5 with ease but as we had only 2 adults we had lots of space.The Garden was lovely and well kept,the plants trees were amazing giving shade when needed on the hot days. The outdoor shower was awesome and great to use after a swim and sunbathe at the beach which was just a short walk away.The beach with it beautiful white sands and turquoise sea made the location outstanding.I was sad to leave and 3 days was not long enough, I will return with no doubt and have already recommended to my friends. Weeks before the visit I was in conversation with the Owner who gave us lots of advice and help and I can honestly say to both Mario and Martina that they gave us a holiday to remember. Thank you so much Mario and family .

Il verde della macchia mediterranea a circondarla, la sua posizione strategica per chi come noi ama il mare, la presenza di tutti i servizi e la gentilezza dei proprietari fanno della villa e del paese in genere un appuntamento da non perdere.

Nach einer 3std. Anreise vom Flgh Olbia war vor Ort in Santa Maria Navarrese die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas erhöht im Zentrum von SMN.

Die Ausstattung ist OK und man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Auch Supermärkte etc. findet man in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Vor allem die gigantische Terrasse hat uns gefallen, denn der Ausblick hier ist wirklich toll - Zur Linken zeigen sich die Berge und zur Rechten schaut man aufs türkisblaue Meer.
**Für alle August-Urlauber: Einziges Manko ist die nicht existierende Klima und Mückenschutzvorrichtung - soweit also noch etwas Platz in Eurem Koffer ist, lohnt sich ein Kanister Autan sowie ein Standventilator ;)
Zusammengefasst - in jedem Fall eine Weiterempfehlung eine zweite Reise wert :) Kathrin & Christiano
