Die Übergabe der Wohnung gestaltete sich schnell und unkompliziert. Man bekam alles gezeigt, die Sprachverständigung in Englisch ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche möglichst sofort zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. Das Haus ist so geschickt gebaut, dass man die anderen Bewohner fast nicht bemerkt, obwohl das Haus gut besetzt war.
