The Mayrhof is in a secluded location on a high plateau between Krün and MIttenwald, with plenty of nature and rest without street noise.
The newly built holiday apartment in the attic is light, open and modern. The large south-facing balcony has a great view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains. The apartment has high-quality furnishings with everything you need, all furniture and floors are of solid wood. In the apartment thee is a dishwasher, and the guests have a washer and dryer at their disposal in the utility room. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a large garden in front of the house with a fire pit and you can also use the grill.
No agriculture is practices any more on the Mayrhof, the only animal is our cat. But the surrounding meadows are also used for cows, sheep and goats.
And you'll often see wild animals such as deer, roe deer, foxes or rabbits near the farm.

Nearby there are many sports options: climbing in the Karwendel or Wetterstein, surfing and diving in the Walchensee, paragliding on the Wank, canyoning, rafting, archery, etc.
The Mayrhof is secluded in the midst of meadows and forests. There is nearly no street noise, but plenty of nature and peace! The farm is a perfect starting point for mountain bike tours and hiking and mountain tours. A few lovely bathing lakes are accessible by bike in the area. In the winter there are fantastic Nordic trails around Krün. The Kranzberg ski area is only 10 minutes away, and other ski areas at Seefeld and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Motorway A 95 Munich - Garmisch P., federal road B2 from Garmisch-P. to Mittenwald. Turn right at Klais and continue to Schmalensee, here turn left and follow the so-called Hochstrasse north to our house.

Cancellation of booking up to 12 weeks before arrival is free. If you cancel 12 to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fees are 90% of the rental price.
