Cancellation policy
It is possible for you to withdraw from the rental contract in writing at any time. In this case, we will endeavour to find another tenant for the same period and under the same conditions. If we succeed, no cancellation costs or similar will be charged. If we are unable to do so and you are unable to nominate a new tenant, the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses: In the event of cancellation up to 55 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rent will be charged. Cancellation from the 54th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price. Cancellation from the 34th to the 15th day before the start of the rental 75% of the rental price. In case of a cancellation from the 14th day until immediately before the beginning of the rental period 90% of the rental price will be charged of the total price.

If you are in the mood for sightseeing and city trips during your holiday, but do not want to do without silence and country life, you are exactly right with us! Emsen is a small village in the surrounding area of Hamburg, which is surrounded by numerous hiking and cycling paths. So you are very quickly in nature, but after 30 minutes by car you are directly in Hamburg.
Getting there
We can be reached from the A7 (exit Tötensen) as well as from the A1 (exit Dibbersen) within 5 minutes.

Sehr schöne , gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern super. Von hier aus kann man Städte wie Hamburg oder Bremen schnell erreichen. Aber auch die Gegend um Emsen ist sehr nett. Der Bus zum Bahnhof hält sofort vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine bemerkenswerte Ausstattung, ist liebevoll und bis ins Detalil durchdacht ausgestattet. Vom Hof kann man Ausflüge in die Heide, nach Hamburg, ins Alte Land, nach Lüneburg, nach Stade etc. unternehmen. Wir hatten 5 abwechslungsreiche Tage in angenehmster Umgebung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und bestens ausgespannt.
