Should there be a cancellation on your part, we calculate as follows:
30% of the rental price is due up to 35 days before the start of the rental period.
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental price is due.
90% of the rental price is due up to 14 days before the start of the rental period.
Later than 14 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price is due.

Holiday destination
Healthy and cheap: In Diebach and the surrounding area you can buy fresh and healthy food and meat directly from the farmer. Supermarkets etc. 4 km away. Family-friendly, small restaurants spoil you and your loved ones inexpensively and deliciously. There are also addresses for discerning gourmets.
There is now a 40 square meter sauna area with a 2.10 x 2.70 cm sauna cabin. A spacious shower area with 2 showers and huge rain shower shower plates in addition, as well as a really ice-cold waterfall shower ....brrrrr!!...complete the wellness experience. Between sauna sessions you can cool down on 4 leather loungers with blankets or on a balcony directly above the rushing river with a wonderful view. About 8 people - always 4 in rotation - can use the sauna. In 2 of the 3 residential units you can cuddle up in front of a warm fireplace.
A modern pellet heating system and our self-produced electricity from hydropower allow an almost CO2-free holiday. Charging of e-cars and e-bikes possible.
Activities: The Franconian Saale Valley is a beautiful holiday region. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools with beach volleyball facilities (4 km). Climbing opportunity on a former bridge pillar. Boat rentals/boating alone or as guided canoe tours......
Interesting: wayside shrines, ruins, half-timbered houses, sights and various museums offer pure culture. Wine tasting, cellar and vineyard tours are a must in traditional Franconia, as are the numerous 'festivals' in the original villages.

Seit Langem verbringen wir ein Wochenende pro Jahr in der Biberburg.
Die Unterkunft ist urig schön, groß und sehr flexibel bei der Belegung der Zimmer mit Zustellbett o.ä.
Die Mühle liegt herrlich in ruhiger Umgebung und u.a. durch den Garten mit Wehr etc. entsteht eine besondere Atmosphäre und Freizeitgestaltung für Jung und Alt..
Ganz besonders, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und herzlich sind Christa Schmitt und ihr Mann.
Wir kommen weiterhin sehr gerne wieder.
