Le Petit Hameau is a 2 bedroomed cottage situated in a holiday village with shared facilities with access to tennis courts. The property has been completely refurbished. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a gas cooker with 4 ring hob and oven. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, and TV with French and some English channels. There is a downstairs bedroom with two single beds and a double bed on the mezzanine floor. There is a shower room and a separate WC. Outside is a private garden with sun loungers and a BBQ. There is a residents car park a short walk from the property. The property has wi-fi throughout.
Free access to the shared tennis courts, great location for the beach and the town of Carteret.

Beach horse-riding at Barneville and Portbail Equestrian centres nearby, land sailing at Bretteville-sur-Ay. Seasonal summer ferry to Jersey from Carteret Port.
The house is part of a small private holiday village with off-street parking and shared facilities such as tennis courts and a club house. The town of Carteret with its excellent selection of independent shops and good quality restaurants and he local beach iahe both within walking distance of the house.

Ich war in 1993 zuerst nach Frankreich, um dort zu arbeiten, da ich den französischen Lebensstil, das Essen und die Kultur immer genossen hatte.
