Upon entering this comfortable holiday home, you're immediately welcomed by the spacious living/dining area with a fireplace. The ground floor also features a double bedroom, an attractive shower room, and an extremely large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, fireplace, and direct access to the barbecue terrace.
On the upper level of this holiday home, there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small sun terrace. Additional comfort is provided by air conditioning in all five bedrooms, which is controlled by a timer.
The huge swimming pool (depth 1 - 2.10 m) with easy step access takes pride of place in the outdoor area of this holiday home, integrated into the extensive green spaces. From the adjacent sunbathing terrace, visitors are captivated by the endless views. Outdoor meals taste particularly good on the rustically furnished barbecue terrace. Another seating area here invites you to linger comfortably. On the other side of this holiday home, you'll find an additional retreat shaded by an old olive tree. Those with the necessary energy can engage in a game of table tennis (please remember to bring paddles and balls).

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The decisive factor is the time when the notice of withdrawal is received by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH. It is recommended to declare the withdrawal through a registered letter. In the event of a withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH is entitled to reasonable compensation according to § 651 i BGB.
In case of withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH can demand standardized cancellation fees as follows:
up to 90 days before the start of the trip 25% of the travel price,
89 – 63 days before the start of the trip 35% of the travel price,
62 – 35 days before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price,
34 – 2 days before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price,
In the case of later withdrawal, the entire travel price must be charged.
The traveler is at liberty to prove to ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH that no damage or significantly less damage has been incurred than the flat rate demanded by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH.
For a property whose price depends on the number of occupants, a withdrawal with the consequence that the above cancellation rates apply can only be made by all participants as a whole. If only one or more participants withdraw, a cancellation fee must be calculated for these participants in the full amount of the travel price per person.
