Welcome to the holiday home!
The living room is furnished with a seating area, gas heater, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. There is also a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a combination microwave. There is a separate toilet. Under the stairs, there is a washing machine and a dryer. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms each with 2 single box-spring beds (90 x 200). One bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The bathroom with underfloor heating has a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet. Holiday home De Kokkel has a terrace with garden furniture.
WiFi is available and there is a grill. You have two private parking spaces.

Detached holiday home De Kokkel is a modern house built in the architectural style of Texel. Quietly situated in the village of Oost near Oosterend with an unobstructed view over the meadows and towards the Wadden Sea dike. The World Heritage Wadden Sea is less than 500 meters away, and the historic polder mill is also very close. Along the Wadden Sea dike, there are special nature reserves that are important for the many foraging and breeding birds. The bicycle path along the dike takes you to the nature reserves Utopia, Wagejot, and Ottersaat. On your way to the fishing village of Oudeschild, you will pass the IJzeren Kaap and a small Wadden Sea beach.

In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day until the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
