Residence Deurloo is centrally located in Cadzand-Bad on the boulevard, directly by the dunes and the beach, and close to the shopping center. This beautiful apartment is on the second floor and offers a view of the dunes. It has two bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Layout:
The living room features a seating area with TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Sliding doors provide direct access to the balcony with a view of the dunes. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (box spring beds). This bedroom does not have windows. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a luxurious sink. There is also a storage room with a washing machine.
Parking is available on the secured parking lot directly behind the complex. Upon arrival, you will receive a key for the parking barrier. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed.
The apartment comes with a parking space on private property right behind the building. Upon arrival, you will receive a key for the gate to the parking area. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not permitted in this apartment. This house is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge. During the high season, it is available for rent only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 100 meters from the beach and the sea and opposite the shopping arcade. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
