The living room leads to the private covered patio, equipped with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a stunning view!

The ground floor of the Villa continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and the private ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Villa Perla continues on the first floor with the second bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and a flat-screen TV, with a lounge area with sofa and flat-screen TV that leads to the private spacious terrace equipped with sofas and chairs where to relax during the Lake summer enjoying a great view of the Lake!
The Villa is provided with air conditioning in the living room, in the master bedroom on the ground floor, and in the double bedroom on the first floor.
Villa Perla continues to delight with the lower floor, where guests benefit of the third bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
Guests can easily park their car in the private garage of the Villa
The private pool is available from 1st May to 30th September.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
