The newly completed Gardaliva Apartments, finished in June 2019, are located in two attractive, detached houses surrounded by a lovingly designed garden with a communal pool. Modern and with upscale amenities, the apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The Duplex type is a semi-detached house spread over 2 levels. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, an open space with a high-quality fold-down bed (slatted frame), a bathroom with a glass shower, and a very pleasant balcony that offers a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The ground floor of the accommodation consists of a spacious living area with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and a bathroom with a glass shower. On the private terrace, you can end beautiful holiday days with a good glass of wine in a cozy atmosphere.
In the communal outdoor pool, you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.
The apartment comes with a parking space at the house.
