Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the agent. The relevant point in time is when the agent receives the cancellation notice.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cost for loss of earnings:
- for cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed rental price
- for cancellation from 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the agreed rental price
- for cancellation from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the agreed rental price
The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord suffered a lesser damage. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The agency is obliged to act in good faith to re-rent an unoccupied property and must offset any savings thus made against the cancellation fees it claims, amounting to €60.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant!

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Auf dem Bild sieht die Terrasse etwas rustikal aus. Spiegelt aber das Wohnhaus und auch die sehr stilvolle Einrichtung nicht wieder.
Alles vorhanden. Der Service für Haus und Boot war absolut perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeischauen.

Zunächst als "Ersatzunterkunft" angeboten waren wir mit dem Ferienhaus "Love Lemmer" mehr als zufrieden. Nette Aufnahme, nette Verabschiedung ... Tolle Unterkunft in Top - Umgebung DIREKT am Wasser mit eigenem Steg und auf Wunsch auch mit Boot (mietbar)... Super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Ausflüge. Rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Prima!
