Welcome to the holiday home "Achterhoek" at Het Brekkense Wiel 183. Situated directly on the waterfront, this property offers the option to rent a Silverline 630 boat at an additional cost. On arrival, you'll receive comprehensive instructions and, if desired, a driving lesson for the boat. A small supermarket is located 500 meters away and the town center can be reached in a 15-minute walk.
The house features modern furnishings and atmospheric lighting, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk beds). There are two bathrooms available (on the first floor and ground floor). For relaxation, there's a Smart TV in the living room and another Smart TV in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a combination microwave oven, and a dishwasher. The garden boasts several seating areas and is equipped with a grill. Additionally, 2 bicycles are available for free use, which belong to the house.
Please keep in mind that – also due to the location of the house – parties and loud evenings on the terrace are not allowed. This is a non-smoking house, dogs upon request!
